Tasting notes

How to brew
- Use one teaspoon (about 2.5 g) of leaf per cup.
- Pour on freshly boiled water.
- Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.
Serving ideas
Takes milk and sugar well, and is just as good black with a slice of lemon.
