Tasting notes
Ceylon green tea gives a light, fresh cup with a pale liquor; the different varieties in the box add their own flavours to that base.
How to brew
- Use one tea bag per cup.
- Let boiled water cool to about 80 C.
- Steep for 2 to 3 minutes, then lift out the bag.
Serving ideas
Offer the box with a kettle of water cooled to about 80 C. A slice of lemon or a little honey suits most green teas.
