Lemon Peel from the Golden Giant range by Battler in a 100 g tin caddy. The loose leaf is foil-sealed inside the tin to keep the citrus aroma.
The blend pairs pure Ceylon black tea with real lemon peel, which gives a natural, slightly bitter citrus edge that differs from a flavoured lemon tea. The tin keeps the tea well after opening and makes a neat gift.
In the pack
- 100 g of loose leaf Ceylon black tea with lemon peel, about 40 cups
- Foil-sealed inside a Golden Giant tin caddy
- The maker gives a shelf life of three years
Tasting notes
Crisp and citrusy, with lemon peel visible in the leaf, a brisk black tea body and a clean finish.
How to brew
- Use one teaspoon (about 2.5 g) of leaf per cup.
- Pour on freshly boiled water.
- Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.
