Baraka Nutmeg Essential Oil is a concentrated nutmeg oil in a 30ml bottle, part of the Baraka range of oils and herbal products made in Sri Lanka. Nutmeg and mace both come from the same tree, Myristica fragrans, one of the island's classic spice crops, and this oil carries its warm, sweet and spicy scent.
Baraka is made by Bio Extracts (Pvt) Ltd, part of the family-owned Aberdeen Holdings group, at a GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 certified facility in Ratmalana, south of Colombo.

How it is used
- A few drops in a diffuser or oil burner to scent a room
- Diluted in a carrier oil, such as coconut oil, as a massage blend
- Not for internal use unless the label says otherwise

Follow the directions on the pack. Essential oils are concentrated: dilute in a carrier oil before skin use, keep away from the eyes and store out of the reach of children.
