Ancient Nutraceuticals Love in a Puff Caps are a herbal supplement of Welpenela (Cardiospermum halicacabum): 60 vegetarian capsules in a white tub from the Ancient Nutra range, labelled Organic Love in a Puff. Welpenela is the Sinhala name and Mudakathan the Tamil one; it is a climbing herb with a long place in Sri Lankan Ayurveda.
The English name comes from the plant itself: the seed carries a heart-shaped mark, and it sits inside an inflated, papery seed pod that looks like a small puff. Each capsule holds ground leaf from Sri Lankan farms.
