Women Balance is an Ancient Nutra herbal drink powder made from herbs of Sri Lankan Ayurveda. It is stirred into hot water like an instant tea, or mixed with cold water and ice, and carries the warm taste of Ceylon cinnamon.

Ingredients
Sarsaparilla, Ceylon cinnamon and triphala (a traditional mix of three dried fruits), as printed on the pack.
How to use
The maker's directions: mix one scoop of powder into a cup of hot water and stir until dissolved, or blend it with cold water and ice for an iced drink. The maker suggests one cup a day, in the morning or evening.

Storage
After opening, seal the pouch tightly and keep it in a cool, dry place.
