Mint Green Tea from Ancient Nutra: Ceylon green tea blended with mint, in a box of 25 tea bags. It makes a fresh, minty cup that works hot or iced.
Green tea is made from the same Camellia sinensis leaf as black tea, but the leaf is not fermented, which keeps its light colour and grassy taste. As a green tea, it contains caffeine.

How to use
- Hot: put one tea bag in a cup and pour over hot water just off the boil, then steep to taste and remove the bag
- Iced: brew a cup a little stronger, let it cool, and pour over ice
- Add honey or a slice of lemon if you like
Storage
Keep the box closed, in a cool, dry place away from strong smells.
