Ancient Nutra Ginger Extract is a herbal supplement made from an extract of ginger root (Zingiber officinale), the kitchen spice. It is the black-tub extract version, a different product from the white-tub Ginger capsules, which hold the ground root.

How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule with a meal, once or twice a day. The maker states there are no fillers, artificial colours or preservatives. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
