How to use
- As a herbal tea, as printed on the pack: steep one teaspoon in a cup of boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes, and add honey if you like
- The maker also suggests stirring about half a teaspoon into water, juice, a smoothie or warm milk, starting small
- The maker advises taking it in courses, with a one-week break after every 8 to 12 weeks
Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription. The maker does not recommend ashwagandha during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
