Siddhalepa Ayur Capsule Karawila (60 Capsules) is a pack of 60 capsules filled with bitter gourd fruit powder (Momordica charantia). Karawila is the Sinhala name for bitter gourd, also called bitter melon, and Siddhalepa sells these capsules as a food supplement in its Ayur capsule range.
