About this experience
Depart from your hotel in Kalutara, Wadduwa, or Panadura in an air-conditioned vehicle and head north into Colombo for a full seven-hour private city tour. Your English-speaking chauffeur guide leads you past colonial-era buildings and gleaming modern towers, then into the quieter grounds of ancient temples — including Gangarama — where the city's pace drops away.
