Ancient Nutra Cinnamon Capsules hold ground Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum), known in Sinhala as kurundu, in a white tub of 60 capsules labelled "Organic Cinnamon".
Ceylon cinnamon is the true cinnamon of Sri Lanka: the thin inner bark of the tree, rolled into soft, layered quills. It is a different spice from cassia, the harder, thicker bark sold as cinnamon in many countries. The maker says this cinnamon comes from Sri Lankan farms.

How to use
