About this experience
Step off your cruise ship and into an air-conditioned vehicle for the drive to Udawalawe National Park — one of Sri Lanka's finest wildlife reserves. At the park gates, swap to an open jeep and spend three hours scanning the sweeping grasslands and plains for herds of wild elephants, which gather here in numbers rarely seen elsewhere on the island.
