About this experience
Spend a night inside Wasgamuwa National Park on this private two-day camping and safari experience. Two dedicated safari sessions take you deep into the park in search of elephants, leopards, and the rich birdlife that makes Wasgamuwa one of Sri Lanka's lesser-visited wildlife sanctuaries. Park entrance tickets, a tour guide, and full-board meals are all organised by Lakpura, so you arrive and explore without any logistical fuss. Wind down around the campsite with a B.B.Q dinner and a cold beer under the forest canopy.
Accommodation is set up with mattresses, pillows, and clean linen, and separate washrooms are provided on site. The tour is private and open to guests aged five and above. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included, so you'll need to arrange your own transport to and from the park. Personal expenses and gratuities are also at your own cost.
