The nearest railway stations on the coastal line are Induruwa, about 3 km away, Bentota, about 3.3 km, and Aluthgama, about 3.6 km, all measured in a straight line, so the beaches of Bentota and Induruwa are a short drive or bike ride away.
The drive from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) takes around 2 hours, on the airport and Southern expressways and then along country roads inland from Bentota, depending on traffic around Colombo.
