اركب مركبتك الخاصة في هيكادوا وتوجه إلى الداخل نحو حديقة أوداوالاوي الوطنية لقضاء عطلة نهاية أسبوع مليئة بالحياة البرية. يتولى سائق دليلك الناطق باللغة الإنجليزية كل عمليات القيادة والركن ورسوم الطرق السريعة، حتى تصل جاهزاً للاستكشاف. يتم توفير زجاجتي ماء سعة 500 مل لكل شخص يومياً لتبقى منتعشاً على الطريق.

تأخذك رحلتا سفاري برية لمدة نصف يوم — إحداهما أثناء النهار والأخرى في المساء — إلى أعماق الحديقة، حيث تتجمع قطعان الفيلة البرية حول البحيرات الطبيعية والينابيع الباردة. ابقِ متيقظاً لرؤية الجاموس المائي والخنزير البري والغزال المرقط والسمبار والذئب والأرنب ذو الرقبة السوداء وحيوان منغوليا والقرد الماكاك ذو التاج والنمر الرمادي المستوطن. لا يتم تضمين الإقامة في الفنادق والوجبات ورسوم دخول المتنزه ويتم ترتيبها بشكل منفصل.

Later visit the Udawalawe National Park to catch sight of the famous Sri Lankan Elephant. See the herds relax and play in the cool waters of the Udawalawe Reservoir. Catch sight of many other endemic mammals, reptiles, birds and butterflies that also call the park home

Weherahena Poorwarama Raja Maha Viharaya is situated in the Matara District of Sri Lanka, about 6 kilometers off the Matara town. This rather unique temple is known as the first tunnel temple in the world. The temple hosts a massive 130-ft Buddha image that was built following the Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa eras and also consists of all main features of a Buddhist temple- the pagoda, a sacred bo-tree and Samadhi Buddha statue. The walls of the temple are adorned with with Buddha murals. According to the historical records, the tunnel temple paintings narrate the Jātaka tales (legends) of Ummagga Jathaka and Umandawa
