How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule a day with a meal. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription. Important: the maker warns that St John's wort can interact with many prescription drugs, including antidepressants and hormonal contraceptives, and make them less effective.
Storage
Keep the tub tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
