Two of the villas — Hawksbill and Leatherback — each offer two bedrooms with panoramic ocean views and generous outdoor living spaces. Leatherback is positioned directly beachfront and includes pool loungers alongside its private dining areas. The nearest international gateway is Colombo's Bandaranaike International Airport, located about 30 km north of the city. The transfer from the airport to The Frangipani Tree by air-conditioned car or van takes approximately three to four hours.
