How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule with a meal, once or twice a day, as a 30-day course, then a break of at least one to two weeks before starting another course. The maker advises stopping and seeing a doctor if anything unusual is noticed during use. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Close the lid tightly and keep the tub in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
