Ancient Nutra Coconut Sugar in a 250g pouch from Ancient Nutra. It is a granulated sweetener made from the nectar of coconut palm blossoms grown in Sri Lanka, where it is known as pol seeni.
The nectar is boiled down and dried into light brown granules with a mild caramel flavour. The pack lists one ingredient: 100% Coconut Sugar. The label also marks it as vegan and gluten-free.

How to use
- Stir into tea, coffee or smoothies
- Sprinkle over oatmeal, yoghurt or fruit

- Use in marinades, sauces and desserts
