About this experience
Board a shared boat in Mirissa and head south into the Indian Ocean, where blue whales, sperm whales, and fin whales are spotted in their natural habitat. A qualified naturalist joins you on deck, helping you identify each species by size, blow pattern, and behaviour as they surface around the vessel. Entrance tickets and a litre of bottled mineral water per person are included. The tour runs for five hours and is open to travellers aged seven and above.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not included, so arrange your own transfer to Mirissa harbour. Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities are also at your own cost.
