About this experience
Start at the Diving Centre in Talawila around 8am, when the water is clearest and reef life hasn't yet retreated into shady crevices. A boat ride of up to 20 minutes carries you to the best snorkelling spot off St. Anne's Reef, where you slip into the shallows with mask, snorkel and fins provided. Drift over colourful living corals and watch for silver-blue shoals of small fish, a hermit crab peeking out for prey, flowery anemones, and clownfish weaving fearlessly through the strands.
This private, two-hour session includes all snorkelling equipment and a litre of bottled mineral water per person; bring an underwater camera if you have one. Hotel pick-up and drop-off, food and drinks, gratuities and personal expenses are not covered, so arrange your own transport to the Diving Centre. Minimum age is 12, and the activity isn't suitable for expectant mothers, serious medical conditions or back problems.
