Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea Purify (25g) is a loose herbal tea of neem leaves, ginger and Ceylon cinnamon bark. It is brewed as a hot infusion, with one or two teaspoons of the tea to a cup of boiling water.
It is part of the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea range. The maker describes these teas as all-natural blends of herbs, roots and leaves drawn from the Ayurvedic tradition, each made for its own purpose, and notes that some have a strong, distinct taste. Steep it for a shorter or longer time to suit your palate.
Ingredients
- Neem leaves (Azadirachta indica)
- Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale)
- Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
How to use
- Pour one cup of boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of the tea.
- Leave it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.
