Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea Nerve Fresh (25g) is a loose herbal tea made from Asparagus falcatus root, balloon vine and clove. It is brewed as a hot infusion, with one or two teaspoons of the tea to a cup of boiling water.
It is part of the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea range. How to use
- Pour one cup of boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of the tea.
- Leave it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.
