Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea 3 Cinnamon (25g) is a caffeine-free herbal tea of Ceylon cinnamon bark with sweet broom weed (Scoparia dulcis). It brews a warm, aromatic cup with the sweet spice of true Sri Lankan cinnamon. Steep it in boiling water and drink it at any time of day.
It is part of the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Tea range: loose herbal teas made from herbs, roots, leaves and flowers, each packed in an illustrated paper caddy. Each tea in the range has its own blend, and some have a strong, distinct taste.
Ingredients
- Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
- Sweet broom weed (Scoparia dulcis)
How to use
- Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of the tea in a cup.
- Pour over one cup of boiling water.
- Leave to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.
