Siddhalepa Ayurveda Gripe Water (200 ml) is a traditional Ayurvedic gripe water for babies and young children, made with asamodagam (Trachyspermum roxburghianum), the spice seed long used in Sri Lankan homes. It is a liquid given by spoon or with the measuring cup, on its own or mixed with a little water or milk.
Gripe water has been kept in Sri Lankan family medicine cabinets for generations. This one belongs to the Siddhalepa baby care line and is made without harsh chemicals or artificial additives, according to the maker.

How to use
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Measure the dose with the cup provided.
- Give it directly into the baby's mouth, or mix it with a small amount of water or milk.
- Babies up to 1 month: half a teaspoon with water or with mother's milk.
- 6 months to 2 years: 10 ml (two teaspoons) with two teaspoons of water.
- Over 2 years: 10 to 15 ml, not more than three times a day.
- Adults: 15 ml, up to four times a day.
- Follow the dose for the age and weight of the child, or as directed by a health care professional.
