Siddhalepa Ayur Vital Tea (40g), 20 tea bags, is an Ayurvedic herbal tea made to an old formula from two herbs: balloon vine (Cardiospermum) and ashwagandha. Each bag brews a single cup. The maker suggests three cups a day, after meals.
It is part of the Ayur Teas, the herbal tea line of Siddhalepa's Ayur everyday range. Ashwagandha, known in Sri Lanka as amukkara, is one of the most widely used roots in Sri Lankan Ayurveda.
