Siddhalepa Ayur Oil Watha (100ml) is a classical Ayurvedic massage oil made from castor, mee and sesame oils with zedoary, nika (Vitex negundo) and Ceylon cinnamon. It is massaged into the body in a clockwise motion for about five minutes.
The maker says it suits both Western and Oriental styles of massage, and the cinnamon gives it a warm, spicy scent. It is one of the Ayur Oil range of Siddhalepa, a line of oils prepared to old Ayurvedic formulae. As a classical preparation, it should be used under the guidance of an Ayurvedic physician.
