Siddhalepa Ayur Oil Sarshapadee (100ml) is a classical Ayurvedic herbal oil from the Ayur Oil range. It is massaged into the skin in a clockwise motion for about five minutes, and the maker says it suits both Western and Oriental styles of massage.
The Ayur Oil range of Siddhalepa is a line of oils prepared to old Ayurvedic formulae, and in Ayurveda such oils are blended to balance the three doshas. Sarshapadee is a classical preparation, so it should be used under the guidance of an Ayurvedic physician, who can advise on how much to use and how often. How to use
