Siddhalepa Ayur Foot Salt (100g) is a foot soak made with sea salt, tamarind leaf extract (Tamarindus indica), menthol and peppermint oil. Add a spoonful to a basin of warm water and soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes.
The soak begins with a warm feeling that later turns into a cool tingle, from the menthol and peppermint. The salt is enriched with a decoction of tamarind leaves and other herbs. It is part of the Ayur bath salt range; Ayur is the everyday Siddhalepa range.
Ingredients
- Sea salt (sodium chloride)
- Tamarind leaf extract (Tamarindus indica)
- Menthol
- Peppermint oil (Mentha piperita)
How to use
- Fill a bathtub or basin with warm water, deep enough to cover your feet.
- Add one tablespoon of foot salt to the warm water.
- Soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Moisturise your feet well after soaking.
