Siddhalepa Ayur Elixir Abhayarishta (220ml) is a classical Ayurvedic preparation, an arishta (a liquid herbal elixir taken by mouth), made with Terminalia chebula, Tribulus terrestris, Coriandrum sativum, Woodfordia fruticosa and Embelia ribes. Siddhalepa sells this formula as Abhyarishtaya in its Ayur Elixirs range, and it is taken before meals as the maker directs below.

An arishta is made by slowly fermenting a decoction of herbs, a method described in the classical Ayurvedic texts and still widely used in Sri Lanka. Ayur is the everyday Siddhalepa range, and its elixirs come in 220ml bottles.
