Siddhalepa Ayur Bath Salt Refreshing Citrus (300g) is a bath salt of natural sea salt blended with lime leaves, lemongrass and guava leaf. Dissolve it in a warm bath for a fresh citrus soak that clears the mind and lifts the spirits.
The warm water and salt soften the dry outer layer of the skin, leaving it feeling smoother and fresher. Lemongrass gives the blend a clean, fresh scent, and the maker describes the salt as cooling and moisturising for dry skin. It is one of three Ayur bath salts, with Invigorating and Sensual. Ayur is the everyday Siddhalepa range.
Ingredients
- Natural sea salt (sodium chloride)
- Lime leaves (Citrus aurantifolia)
- Lemongrass leaf powder (Cymbopogon citratus)
- Guava leaf extract (Psidium guajava)
How to use
- Fill the bath with warm water, deep enough to cover your body.
- Add about two tablespoons of bath salt and swirl the water with your hand until it dissolves.
- Soak for 20 minutes, breathing slowly and deeply.
- From time to time, rub the skin gently with your hands.
