Siddhalepa Ayur Bath Salt Invigorating (300g) is a bath salt of natural sea salt blended with Ceylon cinnamon bark, red sandalwood and weeping paperbark. Scatter it into warm bath water for a warm, spicy-scented soak that turns a bath into a quiet, relaxing break.
Ceylon cinnamon gives the salt its warm aroma, and red sandalwood has a long place in traditional Sri Lankan bath care. The maker describes it as a salt that moisturises and nourishes the skin and leaves it with a smoother texture. It is one of three Ayur bath salts, with Refreshing Citrus and Sensual. Ayur is the everyday Siddhalepa range.
Ingredients
- Natural sea salt (sodium chloride)
- Ceylon cinnamon bark powder (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
- Red sandalwood wood powder (Pterocarpus santalinus)
- Weeping paperbark bark extract (Melaleuca leucadendra)
How to use
- Fill the bath with warm water, deep enough to cover your body.
- Add about three tablespoons of bath salt.
- Soak for 20 minutes, breathing slowly and deeply.
- From time to time, rub the skin gently with your hands.
