Siddhalepa Aroma Oil Spearmint (10ml) is spearmint oil from Mentha spicata in a 10 ml glass dropper bottle. It has a sweet, minty scent and is used in a diffuser or oil burner to freshen a room, or diluted in a carrier oil for massage.
Spearmint is a perennial plant known for its flavour and its sweet, minty aroma, which many people find uplifting. This oil is part of the Siddhalepa aroma oil range, which also includes sandalwood, lavender, jasmine, rose, lime, clove, ginger, cinnamon leaf, lemongrass, eucalyptus and citronella.

How to use
- Add a few drops to the water in a diffuser or oil burner.
- For massage, dilute a few drops in a carrier oil first.
- Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
