Rajapura Pancha Bala Amurtha Paanaya is a proprietary herbal liquid formulation made to an ancient recipe by Rajapura Drugs Manufactory, a producer with roots in indigenous Ayurvedic practice going back more than three centuries. The company has been manufacturing registered herbal medicines from its base in Sirigala, Monaragala District, since 1973, and the brand name it has carried since that year appears on every carton. The formulation draws on a blend of named traditional herbs: Aralu, Bulu, Nelli, Rasakida, Pawatta, and Binkohomba, alongside further herbs from the Rajapura recipe. Each of these plants has a long place in Sri Lankan and wider South Asian herbal tradition, and the manufacturer sources and combines them as a liquid to be taken orally. No sugar and no alcohol are added to the preparation; the only declared preservative is E210, a permitted preservative used across the food and beverage industry.

Use requires shaking the bottle well before each measure is poured. Adults and children aged twelve and over take 30 ml — two tablespoons — three times a day before meals. Children under twelve take 15 ml — one tablespoon — on the same schedule. At the adult dosage, a single 375 ml bottle provides approximately four days of use.
