How to brew
Pour freshly boiled water over a bag and let it stand for 5 minutes. Expect a warm, spicy aroma and a bold ginger taste. Add a slice of lemon or a sweetener of your choice if you want, or serve it over ice.
Storage
Keep the box closed and in a cool, dry place, away from other strong smells.
Mackwoods was founded in Ceylon in 1841 by Captain William Mackwood and is one of the oldest trading houses in Sri Lanka. Tea has been part of its business from the start.
