About this experience
Board a private 4x4 safari jeep — seating up to six passengers — and head deep into Kumana National Park, Sri Lanka's premier birding destination. Your experienced driver doubles as your tracker, guiding you through dense jungle trails over three hours while you scan the canopy for rare, endemic, and migratory species. A complimentary water bottle is provided per person, and free pickup and drop-off is included from any location within 5 km of the park gate.
Keep your binoculars ready as the park reveals herons, painted storks, and a chorus of calls that fill the air around Kumana's celebrated reservoir wetlands. Park entrance tickets are included when you select the "Jeep With Tickets" option. Note that hotel transfers beyond the 5 km radius, food, beverages, and gratuities are not covered. Minimum age for this tour is 5 years.
