What is in it
Ceylon green tea with natural mint and spearmint flavour.
How to brew
Let the kettle come off the boil for a moment, then pour over one bag per cup and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. A longer steep gives a sharper, more bitter cup.
Storage
Keep the box closed in a cool, dry cupboard, away from spices and other strong smells.
