What is in it
Green tea with lemon and ginger.
How to brew
Let freshly boiled water cool for a moment, then pour it over one bag per cup. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes and remove the bag. Take it without milk, with a little honey if you like. It is also good iced: brew double strength and pour over ice.
Storage
Keep the pack closed in a cool, dry place, away from strong smells.
