Dumhatti from Gampaha Wickramarachchi, labelled Dum Hattiya, is a herbal powder for steam inhalation, made by the Ayurvedic house at Yakkala in the Gampaha District. The powder is added to boiling water and the steam is breathed in.
Directions on the pack
- Bring water to the boil in a clay pot.
- Add two tablespoons of the powder.
- Inhale the steam.
