It sits within the Oxygen Moisture sub-variant, which also carries Bio-Protein Care positioning, making it a locally manufactured product formulated specifically for conditions and hair types common to the Sri Lankan market.
The ingredient list printed on the packaging includes water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, glycerin, dimethiconol-23, ammonium chloride, guar hydroxypropyl triammonium chloride, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium benzoate, and perfume, among others. The formula also contains sodium chloride and sodium EDTA. Colourants CI 42090 and CI 57281 give the product its appearance.
To use the shampoo, the packaging directs you to apply it to wet hair, work into a lather, and rinse through. Dove recommends following up with a Dove Conditioner each time for best results.
