About this experience
Board your private helicopter at Thondaman Stadium in Norwood or the Dunkeld Helipad at Tea Trails and lift off for a 50-minute flight over Sri Lanka's central highlands. The route sweeps above rolling tea estates and forested ridges before touching down at one of several landing points near Kandy — Serendib Stone Bungalow Helipad, Mawilmada School Grounds, Balagolla Pradeshiya Sabha Grounds, or Victoria Golf Club in Digana — depending on your arrangement.
On the ground, a chauffeur guide collects you and transfers you directly to a historical site in Kandy and back to the landing point. The full experience runs approximately two hours. Entrance fees to historical sites and meals are not included. Travellers must be at least 10 years old to participate.
