About this experience
Clip on your helmet, grab your bicycle, and set off into the Ella Highlands on this private three-hour guided ride. You'll pedal through grassy plains, past gurgling streams and roadside waterfalls, then wind through paddy fields, small tea plantations, and spice plots before reaching the iconic Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. A backup vehicle and spare bikes travel with the group throughout, so there's no need to worry if anything goes wrong on the road.
The route also takes you to Little Adam's Peak, where you leave the bikes and hike up to the rock for sweeping views of the surrounding countryside — timed to catch either sunrise or sunset. Water bottles and refreshments with cookies are included, and Lakpura arranges complimentary pick-up and drop-off from hotels in Ella, Bandarawela, and Wellawaya. Open to riders aged 12 and above. Gratuities and any additional food or drinks are not included.
