About this experience
Board your private helicopter at Negombo Airfield and lift off over the coastline, trading the beach below for open sky as you head north towards one of Sri Lanka's most sacred cities. The 2-hour journey traces an aerial route above the Negombo shoreline and across the island's Cultural Triangle, giving you a perspective of the landscape that no road trip can match. Minimum age for the flight is 12 years.
Touch down at Anuradhapura Airfield, where a chauffeur guide meets you with ground transport ready. From there you are driven directly to the ancient Historical Sites — dagobas, ruins, and sacred grounds that date back over two millennia — and returned to the airfield once your visit is complete. Entrance fees to the Historical Sites and meals are not included, so budget for those separately.
