Cycle from Haputale up to Lipton's Seat, the misty hilltop where tea magnate Sir Thomas Lipton once surveyed his sprawling estates. On a clear day, five of Sri Lanka's nine provinces stretch out before you in a single panoramic sweep — one of the most striking views on the island. The route winds through verdant tea country, so expect rolling gradients and cool hill-country air rather than flat tarmac. This is a private, four-hour ride suited to guests aged seven and above.
Lakpura provides a high-end bike, helmet, and a bottle of water, with an experienced guide, first-aid kit, and spares throughout.
