Beam Welpenela Amukkara Syrup is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal syrup that pairs two classic herbs, welpenela and amukkara. It is for adults, taken at 30ml three times a day before meals.
Amukkara is the Sinhala name for ashwagandha, and welpenela is balloon vine. A sugar-free version is sold separately.
