Lemon Jack Fruit from Battler is a Ceylon green tea flavoured with jack fruit and lemon, in 25 tea bags. Jack fruit, or kos in Sinhala, grows in gardens across Sri Lanka and is a common sight in village kitchens.
The jack fruit brings a sweet, tropical note and the lemon a tangy lift, over a light green tea base. It is one of the maker's green teas with natural fruit flavours, next to lemon, strawberry and Minty Hawaiian Cocktail.

How to brew
Use one bag per cup and water at about 80 C, just off the boil. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes, then lift the bag out.
Serving ideas
Enjoy it hot and plain, or brew it double strength, cool and pour over ice for a fruity iced tea.
