Rauvolfia Plus is a herbal capsule from the Baraka range, made in Sri Lanka by Bio Extracts (Pvt) Ltd. Each hard gelatin capsule holds two plant powders: Rauvolfia root and black seed.
Rauvolfia serpentina, known in Sinhala as Ekaweriya, is a plant long used in Ayurveda, Unani and Sri Lankan folk practice. Here it is combined with black seed (Nigella sativa), the common ingredient of the Baraka herbal range. Baraka products are registered with Sri Lanka's Ministry of Indigenous Medicine, and the maker lists GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, Halal and Fair Choice certification for this product.
