Gastricare is a herbal capsule from the Baraka range, made in Sri Lanka by Bio Extracts (Pvt) Ltd. Each hard gelatin capsule is filled with a mix of three plant powders: black seed, licorice and ash plantain.
Black seed (Nigella sativa) is the common thread of the Baraka herbal range, and here it is paired with licorice root and the powdered ash plantain, a cooking banana familiar in Sri Lankan kitchens. Baraka products are registered with Sri Lanka's Ministry of Indigenous Medicine, and the maker lists GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, Halal and Fair Choice certification for this product.

Two years from manufacture. Keep the container closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
