COFSID Herbal Cough Syrup is a 100 ml herbal syrup from Baraka. It is made on a base of bee honey with plant extracts including marshmallow root, licorice root, ivy leaf and peppermint, plus black seed (Nigella sativa), the ingredient common to the Baraka herbal range. A measuring cup comes in the pack.

- Bee honey
- Marshmallow root extract (Althaea officinalis)
- Purified water
- Licorice root extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
- Black seed extract (Nigella sativa)
- Ivy leaf extract (Hedera helix)
- Peppermint extract (Mentha piperita)
- Preservative: sodium benzoate
In the pack
- One 100 ml bottle with a measuring cup
Directions on the pack
- Shake well before use and measure with the enclosed cup.
- Adults: 10 ml three times a day before meals.
- Children aged 6 to 12: 5 ml three times a day before meals.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
The label says it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf life and storage
Store below 30°C, away from sunlight. Close the lid tightly after use and use within one week of opening.
